Movie Tips — MADELEINE FARLEY

In cinematic history there are those scenes and images which have become indelibly imprinted in our subconscious. Madeleine Farley has redefined, re-conceptualized and re-enacted these cult classic movie moments in Q-tip art form. Farley meticulously reconstructed over 50 scenes from some of her favourite films to the scale of an 8cm cotton bud and photographed them with a 1970s Polaroid camera.

The series pays homage to some of the most highly respected film directors of our time; Kubrick, Hitchcock, Spielberg and Scorsese together with others whose work has been an inspiration behind Farley’s movie tribute.
